Pitch required:	small pitch - no table (£40) -6ft table space only large pitch - no table (£70)-4m (frontage) x 2m space only small pitch - WITH TABLE* (£45) -6ft table space plus table large pitch - WITH TABLE* (£75)-4m (frontage) x 2m space plus table
NOTES: * Subject to availability, book early to avoid disappointment. Some electicity may be available, please check with us. The exhibition hall is locked daily, you will not be able to gain access once the hall is locked until it is opened the following morning. ALL pitches are space only, no tables or shell scheme. Please ensure you book sufficient space, all stock, materials, products, personal belongings, packaging etc MUST be WITHIN your allocated pitch. Please remember to ensure your pitch is presented well, clean and tidy at all times. For Christmas shows you will be expected to include seasonal trimmings on your stall. CANCELLATIONS within 30 days of show WILL NOT be refunded.

Please note you will be issued with TWO free exhibitor passes. Additional vehicle passes can be purchased if you need them.
BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE TERMS and CONDITIONS FOR THIS SHOW (download a copy here or from show website) and agreeing that you will provide evidence of full CURRENT public liability insurance upto £1million before trading. IMPORTANT: If you do not have current public liability insurance for a minimum of £1million you will NOT be allowed to trade and your fee WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. If it has not previously been provided, evidence of your insurance will be requested when you arrive on the showground. Please note that no claims for loss, damage or injury caused by the stallholder can be made against the organiser of the museum. This is the responsibility of the stallholder.
