If you would like to be considered for a trade pitch at the 2009 Wiltshire Show;
Email us with details of your products and either send sample images or a link to your business website (if you do not have a website and would be interested in our economical website design options which start at only £80, click here)
If you are invited to book a place for 2009, please download a booking form HERE. Please note that full details, terms and conditions, prices etc are included in the booking form download.
You will then need to decide whether you would like to make a POSTAL or ONLINE booking
POSTAL BOOKING:
Please remember to check with us that we are able to accept your booking BEFORE sending booking form and payment.
Please send completed postal booking form, with a copy of public liability insurance* documents that will be current when at the time of the show and your booking fee to WILTSHIRE CHRISTMAS SHOW (2009), PO BOX 2560, WILTS. SN3 1WL.
Tickets will be sent to you approximately 2-3 weeks before the event.
Please note that tickets will not be issued if the booking form, payment and public liability documents have not been received. (If you do not have an appropriate public liability document, do not delay sending in your booking form or you may miss your place - you can either forward it later or present it when you arrive at the show and collect your tickets then.)
ONLINE BOOKING:
Please remember to check with us that we are able to accept your booking BEFORE sending booking form and payment.
All traders must provide evidence of current Public Liability insurance, by post, by email or present to the show office when you arrive (see POSTAL bookings above).
You need to complete an online form to give some details about your business (CLICK HERE)
You will then need to pay your booking fee ONLINE HERE
IMPORTANT: You need to complete BOTH the online form (see 2. above) and the online payment (see 3. above) to ensure your place is booked. PLEASE ENSURE YOU INCLUDE IN YOUR BOOKING THAT YOU ARE BOOKING A 2009 PITCH

*Please note that all traders will require public liability insurance for a minimum of £1,000,000.
